
My partners often tell me that after client skills, my media-savvy is what I'm best known for. Recently a client prospect said "You can talk a dog off a meat truck" right before he hired us. So, call me the convincer. Also, I love meeting new people, making introductions and learning about smart and innovative resources to share with clients.
What career achievement am I most proud of?
Overall, being offered an equity partnership in Florida's largest PR firm before I was 30 years old. More currently, being president of rbb, recently named the nation's "PR Agency of the Year."

Lisa Ross is a principal and president of rbb Public Relations. She specializes in managing client relationships and solving communications problems, counseling executives and implementing communications plans for a wide range of corporate and tourism-related clients.

The minute Lisa opens her mouth you'll know from the accent and the speed of conversation that this former New Yorker is one of the most energetic people you'll ever meet. Lisa's bold and personable style has served her well as she has nosed her way into relationships with clients and media around the world. Lisa's PR skills are complemented by her creativity and entreprenuerialism. She came to Florida to work at area legend Hank Meyer's shop and quickly rose to VP. With the advent of contemporary PR, Lisa made the move to rbb where she became a partner in no time flat. After more than a decade, it's safe to say Lisa calls rbb her home away from home and fills the number two spot in the firm with grace and style.

Lisa is recognized for her expertise in developing creative public relations programs with high-profile media campaigns and special events. She has worked with a broad array of corporate and consumer-oriented companies, including hotel and real estate developers, luxury retailers, attractions, and national associations such as The Ritz-Carlton Club, Lady of America Fitness Centers, Costa Maya, Cunard Cruise Lines, Cap Cana, United Airlines, Dominican Republic Tourist Board, Guatemala Institute of Tourism, Allegro Resorts, Bulgari Jewellers, Christofle and the American Montessori Association.
